AI Agent Developer

About this role

This is a remote position. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows. Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms. Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources. Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes. Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic. Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices. Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases. Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
