This is a Hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to SVP, Professional Services &amp; Consulting. In this role, you will be highly engaged in strategic post-sales deployment programs for our clients, overseeing a growing team of technical consultants, project managers, and deployment specialists who are instrumental in driving successful implementations, enabling client adoption, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will ensure customer-centric excellence while driving the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of Zscaler’s service offerings, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, support, and product teams to deliver technical cloud security solutions that help our customers future-proof their networks.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and scale a high-performing global Professional Services organization aligned with Zscaler’s expansion targets, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to establish deployment best practices, accelerate innovation, and drive revenue growth</li> <li>Drive high-quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery and serve as executive escalation for strategic accounts, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to design tailored offerings that accelerate Zscaler adoption and maximize customer lifetime value</li> <li>Establish scalable delivery frameworks and operational KPIs (TTV, CSAT, utilization, profitability) to simplify complex Zero Trust deployments, driving seamless platform adoption while partnering with Product and Engineering to optimize execution processes</li> <li>Manage the Global Delivery Center P&amp;L to maximize profitability and revenue growth through precise capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and strategic expansion into new service offerings, geographies, and verticals</li> <li>Foster an agile culture of continuous improvement, driving operational scale by optimizing processes, tools, and automation to launch advanced service tiers and streamline client onboarding</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are (Success Profile)</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are customer-obsessed. You hold yourself and others to a high standard of accountability and build trust by matching your words with consistent, transparent action.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving</li> <li>Extensive leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise Professional Services, with proven success scaling delivery teams in high-growth environments</li> <li>Deep technical knowledge in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, and Zero Trust architectures</li> <li>Proven track record of defining and deploying scalable, high-impact solutions for complex enterprise customers</li> <li>Strong P&amp;L and budget oversight paired with deep PS operational expertise across delivery methodologies, resourcing, and contracts</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred</li> <li>Industry certifications in relevant areas such as cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP), ITIL, PMP, or CISSP</li> </ul> <p class="p1">#LI-Hybrid&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1">#LI-SM1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
