Position: Excel Expert — IT Manager Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$100/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the IT management domain . Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks from professional experience and write accurate, well-structured solutions. Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear, written feedback. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data . Qualifications Must-Have Strong, hands-on Excel proficiency with nested formulas, lookups, PivotTables , dashboards, and analytical tools. Experience with Power Query , Power Pivot , or macros/VBA is a plus. 5+ years in an in-house IT management or leadership role using Excel daily. Demonstrable career progression into senior IT management . Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays . Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills. United States–based only. Compensation & Legal W-2 employment with Cincinnatus LLC.
