This role demands strong collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers, driving projects from ideation to production.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, TDI, this role provides end-to-end technical services including design, configuration, development, testing, and automation while delivering high-quality, secure, and future-ready solutions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.</span></p> </li> You’ll Bring to the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Process Automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <p><span
